The Texas Icehouse building is the most iconic building in the Deep Ellum community of Dallas, Texas. The building was built in 1913 and provided ice to railcars that ran directly behind the building.
The building changed hands to the Hinkley family, but was later sold and the Texas Icehouse name was reestablished. Currently, the building is used for the purpose of cold storage.

- Vic’s Motohaus corporate office and custom shop
- Vic’s Motohaus retail store
- Motorbike storage (4th floor)
- Texas Icehouse 1913 restaurant
Vic’s Motohaus/ Texas Icehouse Fund I is an All Cash strategy focused on adding value to the Texas Icehouse building in the Deep Ellum community of Dallas, Texas. The proceeds from the fund will include improvements to the interior and exterior of the property.
