Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Motorcycle Shop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and extensive knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and repair. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop's operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our motorcycle production and service shop
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Oversee sales and inventory management
- Hire, train, and supervise shop staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase time management and workscope completion
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Manage all shop staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
- 3+ years of experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle parts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motorcycle license preferred
